3. Membership Agreement

– You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will discontinue any future billing and revoke access to the membership group and ongoing services.

– All information, support, and tools provided through the membership are for educational and support purposes only

4. No Refund Policy

– By entering into this agreement, you acknowledge and agree that all payments made for membership services are final and non-refundable.

This applies to:

– The one-time enrollment fee (e.g., $247 Credit Cleanup)

– Any ongoing monthly membership charges

Our services begin immediately upon enrollment, and digital resources are accessible at the start of your membership

Smart Biz Academy does not guarantee any specific credit score increase, loan approvals, or financial results.

Outcomes vary based on individual credit history, compliance, and participation in the services provided.

6. By checking the agreement box and providing your electronic signature, you are confirming that:

– You fully understand and accept the No Refund Policy for membership services

– You authorize Smart Biz Academy to charge your account for services selected

Electronic Signature is legally binding and considered equivalent to a handwritten signature under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-Sign Act).
